Fee Policies

1. Payment Schedule & Deadlines Important
| Payment Due Date | All fees are payable on or before the 15th of every Nepali month. |

2. Fee Structure – Inclusions & Exclusions
| Tuition Fee Includes | Meals (2 for full-day, 1 for half-day students) and all required classroom stationery. |

| Meal Consideration | Special dietary concerns must be informed to the school administration in advance. |
| Tuition Fee Excludes | Annual camps, out-of-school programs, field trips, and additional care hours. |
| Damaged Items | Parents are responsible for replacement costs of any lost or damaged items. |
3. Transportation Policy

4. Rebates & Discounts
| Annual Payment Discount | 10% rebate on tuition fee when paid annually. |

| Sibling Discount | 30% off admission fee and 10% off monthly tuition. |
Discount remains valid as long as the elder sibling is enrolled.
5. Late Fee Charges Strict

6. Annual Fee Revision
Tuition and annual fees may increase by 10%–15% annually.
